This is a 30 Day Fitness Program (4 Weeks) for Absolute Novice Beginners.  If you have never trained before in a gym using weights, start here!

It is an Introduction to Exercise and Fitness.  The program prepares your body for the next levels of the program.  This is where you start!  

Program Suited for anyone who wishes to:

  2.  Get in shape for the Very First Time
  3.  No Experience Necessary
  4.  "Reset" from any training program 

Program includes the following:

Daily Motivation Videos, Workout Program Outline, Exercise "How-to" Video Demonstrations, Detailed Descriptions, Monthly Meet / Zoom Calls

This program is the Absolute Beginning and its an Introduction to Weight Training to put you in the path to Getting in the Best Shape of Your Life We Train the Entire Body using the Most Common Gym Equipment found in almost every gym facility. 

This program can be performed by anyone. From senior citizens who want to begin to advanced athletes who are looking to reset their training regimen.

The low intensity training will help reduce delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and increase your recovery rate from your workouts thus greatly reducing the pain associated with weight training.

This is the first step to establishing good habits, living a more active lifestyle with daily motivation videos to get you going and support you through the process.  You will also lean how to exercise and lift weights properly, thus preparing you to advance into other programs.

Course Modules

There is 1 Module | 30 day (4 weeks) in this fitness program.  The module prepares you for the next set of programs and helps you advance as you improve your conditioning and strength.  

Level 1 Module (Week 1-4) introduces you to the Basic and Fundamental Exercises using the Most Common Exercise Machines. 

We perform full body workouts 3 days a week and a light cardiovascular exercise on the days we don't weight train.
